Characteristic of weld bead using flat wire electrode in GMAW inline during the process: An experimental and numerical analysis

This paper focusses on effect of flat wire electrode gas metal arc welding (FW-GMAW) inline during the process to improve quality weld bead. Since perimeter has enlarged, turbulence molten droplet characteristics is altered due electromagnetic force. To bring out, butt joint are proven with use electrode.
